By submitting this form I accept that I approve the work which has been done on this project and there are no outstanding tasks or changes to be completed.

I also confirm the following:

  • All corrections or changes I have requested have been addressed to my satisfaction.
  • Upon submission of this form, any further changes or support requested will be billed for additionally.

    We strongly advise all our clients to take a Monthly Retainer/Support Package to assist questions, additional content, small updates and changes, etc.

    If I have not opted for a monthly support package, I accept the following risks: • I understand that it is possible that future framework and code updates such as WordPress version updates may result in certain features of my website to stop working and that work required to address such matters will incur development fees. • I understand that DigitalConsulting does not accept any responsibility for website hacks, malicious code injections, hosting software changes or any other external factor which may cause my site to stop working. • Clients who do not have a support package in place with us are subject to a R500 overhead fee each time assistance is required.
