Routine jobs are usually scheduled within 1 to 3 working days. Urgent problems like burst pipes or electrical faults are treated as emergencies, and we will tell you honestly on the phone whether we can get to you the same day.
Send a photo of the problem on WhatsApp and we quote from that, usually the same day. The price is fixed before any work starts, so the number we agree on is the number on the invoice. If the job turns out bigger than the photo suggested, we discuss it before continuing, never after.
